Drainage dich at rear of property is starting to overflow with heavy rains. The drain to the retention pond is partially filled with debris. We had this drain cleaned about 4 years ago and it's starting to get clogged again. Last work order, we put a lot of the debris from the ditch along the fence and our neighbors at U-Store have complained the fence is coming down in areas because of the grade of the run off.
