Location has a roof  leak, we are actively working on getting the roof repaired. However, the leak damaged 35 ceiling tiles which will need replacement.

The fluorescent light cover in the back room of 1242 has fallen down again – can CMGS please put it back in place and ensure

There are two vehicle hoods behind the dumpsters that need to be removed from the property. See attached picture for reference.

There is a tree limb that is broke and hanging down on the right-hand dumpster. Can CMGS please cut this limb down and remove it

There is graffiti on the electrical boxes behind the PVC fencing on the west end of the shopping center. Can CMGS please cover this up?

Please touchup the paint on the facade. The paint is old enough now and gets enough sun that we should do a custom match. Please
